New date for indigo

It has taken longer than expected to fit and test the ticket machine equipment on the new indigo buses. These machines are fitted with satellite links to run the audio and visual announcements on the buses and the digital information at bus stops along the route. It would have been wrong for us to launch indigo until we were sure that these features work properly.

After thorough testing, the ticket machines are working properly and we are pleased to announce that indigo will take to the streets from Sunday 9th November.
